NHL playoffsLes flies solo in the studio today while Alison checks in from the Shelter, Inc. 5k Run/Walk 4 Kidz. Steve phones in from Rush Medical Center in Chicago where he is convalescing from surgery (is he nuts or what?)  As he explains in the show, Packer Dave pulled a similar stunt while hosting the old "Bears-Packers Showdown" and Steve is not one to be upstaged.  Or as a former Bears DB once said, "play with pain, baby, play with pain."

Anyways, listen in for discussion of the Blackhawks loss in their home playoff opener to Nashville.  Also get the scoop on losses by the White Sox and Brewers, and the surprising pitching efforts of Carlos Silva in the North siders win over Houston on Firday.  All that plus an NBA post season preview.

Chicago BlackhawksIt's hard to believe that this show (if you can call it that) has been on the air for a year now.  Do we celebrate? Nope, we just give you the lastest sports discussion.  Three of the four Chicago sports teams, plus the Brewers all lost on Friday.  Will the Bulls make the playoffs?  Who will the Hawks face in the post season?  How bad are the Cubs?  Why have the Sox and Brewers stumbled out of the gate?  All this plus WNBA and Masters talk.  Enjoy

UConn basketballIt truly is March Madness as all hell breaks loose in the first part of the show.  You'll have to hear it for yourself.  Fortunately the gang recovers from the early trainwreck to have a some good discussons about the Bears, Blackhawks, Bulls, Packers (well actually Lambeau Field) and the Cubs.  They even get some discussion in about the Women's NCAA tourney (along with the menof course.) Just you usual Saturday early morning mayhem.  Enjoy.
